La Corne d'Abondance, Logis Hotel in Bourgtheroulde in Normandy

We must admit that Jean-Christophe and Alexandrina, the owners of La Corne d’Abondance know their trade. They have followed nearly two centuries of innkeeping? Do not be mistaken, there remains from this age the name and a know-how that seems to have been transmitted down through the years. The 24 rooms have been completely renovated. They sparkle with colors, fresh like a smoothie. After a day spent on the roads, it is clear that a business stopover like this will reinvigorate the most tired travellers.

It is with your family that you have come to explore Normandy, the charms of the Seine, its nearby abbeys, the coast of Impressionist painters. Well done! Our hotel, the Corne d'Abondance has large family rooms, for 3, 4, 5 or 6 with baby (changing table, cot, bottle warmer available on request).
We also have 2 rooms for people with reduced mobility.

Here you are at home and it is a bit like your home. Before dinner, stop-off in the lounge, its cozy atmosphere, its "so British" historical armchairs. Children enjoy a good farmhouse apple juice, while you taste the perry produced by Alain Caboulet. Around you, there are English, or Dutch people who stop here, regulars, tourists like you ... you may be a little surprised by the proximity that exists between customers and owners. They seem to know each other well. They seem happy to be together. You envy them. It's up to you to join them. Besides, the children are already playing together. They speak the universal language of the encounter.

We're in autumn, so you've asked for a table near the fireplace. The logs crackle. On the menu, grandmother’s recipes rejuvenated by Jean-Christophe and his team and a menu that evolves over the seasons.
The fish comes from Dieppe daily, the duck is reared in Epaignes. There is a close collaboration between producers who love their trade and a Chef who knows his profession on the tip of his knife!

And on the plates, we find all the generosity of the establishment. You then understand the full meaning of the name inscribed on the facade since 1820: the Horn of Abundance.
